One of Australia’s leading wholesale providers of Security and Electronic products are looking for a Admin/Production Assistant to take over the production of electronic access control card formatting.

Our client’s have undergone considerable changes in line with a dynamic and aggressive strategy that has included re-branding and re-writing their reputation, re-inventing the products they’re known for and delivering it all to a broader market than they currently have. They clearly understand that good people are the key to all of that.

The Role

This role has come about due to the current incumbent moving up in the company. This great permanent/part-time role would suit a person who requires mother hours 8:30am to 2.00pm Monday through Friday. But most importantly we are looking for a person with a positive “can-do” attitude who wants to work in a warm and welcoming environment and be a part of a team.

Your daily routine will include:

  • Receiving internal orders to produce access control cards with client’s credentials
  • Formatting and printing cards
  • Answering queries and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing information about products
  • Maintaining log of printed cards
  • Data entry
  • other ad hoc duties

The role offers flexibility and would suit an individual who has a long term view for their future growth in the security industry which is growing and expanding every day. It is truly a lovely part-time role to bring work and life balance together.
