About the role

The role is varied and busy so you must be able to juggle different tasks and use your initiative.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing telephonic technical support
  • Customer Service and enquiries
  • Dealing with customer issues and resolving them
  • Sales queries, quoting and order processing
  • General admin

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate should have had previous experience in the Electronic security Industry in a similar Tech support and customer service environment, but it is not essential if you are tech savvy and understand sales. An ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure is vital to landing this position, but more important is that the candidate should have a positive and proactive outlook!  Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment are also important together with a high attention to detail.
