Situated in beautiful Brighton, this company is looking for a switched-on person who is great with administration and able to run their front of office with flare and ease. They are forward thinkers, leaders in the Financial Services Industry and value and appreciate their employees.

We are looking for a people person who is tech savvy, has had demonstrated experience in client faced positions and is able to work autonomously, but most importantly one that is super organised, self motivated and takes their job seriously.

There will be many opportunities for you to grow, meet and greet clients and work on various systems so you should never be bored if you have initiative and drive!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answer all incoming calls and be the face of the company
  • Greet and assist clients
  • Generate and send monthly, quarterly and annual statements to clients
  • Support financial staff and advisers
  • Collect mail, look after stationary supplies, office equipment
  • Maintain accurate filing system, records, correspondence
  • Maintain kitchen/toilet supplies
  • Emails, Diaries  and lots more
