The Role

Reporting directly to the Team Leader you will be very busy with the following responsibilities:

  • Prompt and efficient response to telephone orders queries and product claims
  • Data entry into SAP / CRM
  • Create and check invoices
  • Processing of returns and credits
  • Promotion of special offers
  • Supporting the Product Specialists
  • Management of consignment stock

Key Criteria

  • Demonstrated  3-5 years experience in a similar role ( background in medical/dental devices would be advantageous )
  • Exposure to CRM/SAP
  • Solid communicator and “can-do” attitude is a must
  • Experience in consistently delivering results and beyond
