Customer service position in the Packaging Industry

During this time, with not much good news, this job is one of the better things that has arisen out of the Covid epidemic! 

If you are Customer Service centric and pride yourself on having patience and understanding to talk to customers at all levels, this is one position that you do not miss!

The role includes supporting a small sales team who will value and respect your contribution . Your admin, data input and order processing skills will make sure that your busy day is interesting, challenging and has loads of variety.

Working alongside and reporting to the Operations and Sales Managers, this essential role looks after the processing of orders at the same time ensuring overall client satisfaction.

The role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Processing of orders using company CRM (Sage)
  • Answering calls, taking orders, dealing with queries etc
  • Supporting the Sales team
  • General Administrative tasks

3-5 years experience in a similar role would be essential.
