Situated on St Kilda Road, this company is looking for a switched-on person who is great with administration and able to run their front of office with flare and ease. They are forward thinkers, leaders in their field and value and appreciate their employees.
We are looking for a people person who is tech savvy, has had demonstrated experience in client faced positions and is able to work autonomously, but most importantly one that is super organised, self motivated and takes their job seriously.
There will be many opportunities to collaborate with the ATO, meet and greet clients and work on various systems so you should never be bored if you have initiative and drive!
Responsibilities will include:
- 70% Administrative tasks and the rest of the time will be handling the front office
- Debtors Control
- ATO and electronic submissions
- Emails, Diaries and lots more
Added to the attributes mentioned above it would really be advantageous if you had exposure to MYOB AE or similar programs used in an accounting practice.
Can you picture yourself being well presented, welcoming people in the Reception area and at the same time use your great administration skills to fill your varied day in a busy practice ?
